The Gala Committee would like to thank all of those involved in last Saturday night's Gala Auction. It was an overwhelmingly successful night and it was all because of you!! From the committee members who volunteered countless hours to all the generous people and businesses who donated something for the event to all the giving guests that attended and enjoyed an evening of bidding, quizzing, socializing, eating, and celebrating literacy: one book at a time. This event was an opportunity for so many people to help in so many ways. It was a true example of what the definition of a parish community is to our Church. It was a great large gathering of our parish community enjoying each other and raising money for a good cause, our church. What more could God ask for .....
