Memory Walk for Alzheimer's
| On Sunday, October 2nd, 2005, St. Bernard's Confirmation Candidates and friends joined with hundreds of other volunteers in Newport in the Alzheimer’s Association Rhode Island Chapter 2005 Memory Walk. Since its inception in 1989, Memory Walk has raised nearly $100 million for local programs and services provided the the Alzheimer's Association in the Ocean State. The three mile walk stepped off at Salve Regina University and continued along Bellevue Avenue - providing a stunning vista on a beautiful early autumn afternoon.
