Baptism

Of the seven Sacraments of the Church, three of them are Sacraments of initiation to introduce a new convert into the Catholic Church. These are the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Holy Eucharist. The Sacrament of Baptism gives birth to the Christian's life of faith, the first step in a lifelong journey of commitment and discipleship.
