Confirmation Task Due Dates 2009

Dress Code

Young men should be in dress slacks and shirt and tie. A sport coat is even better!

Young women should wear a dress or dressy slacks and blouse. (Keep it modest!)

Special Orders from IIBooks and More": Any special orders should be placed by 10/15

Assignments and paperwork can be placed in the collection basket at Sunday Masses or placed in the "Pick Up Box" at the Parish Center.

• Confirmation Program Overview - this document will help you understand and prepare for the requirements of the Confirmation program.
• Letter to the Bishop Template - use this template to construct your letter to Bishop Roque.
• Confirmation Sponsor Requirements and Information Form - this document should be provided to your sponsor to help them prepare for your Confirmation.
• Confirmandi Information Form - use this form to record pertinent information in your preparation for Confirmation.
• Confirmation Name Form - use this form to help determine your Confirmation Name, and to help explain why you chose it.
• Community Service Project Information - this document will help you understand the requirements of the Community Service part of the confirmation program.
• Community Service Project Report - please use this form to record your service hours. You may begin counting your service hours at the beginning of your 8th grade year.
