Confirmation Task Due Dates 2008

Documents:

• Confirmation Program Overview - this document will help you understand and prepare for the requirements of the Confirmation program.
• Confirmation Sponsor Requirements and Information Form - this document should be provided to your sponsor to help them prepare for your Confirmation (due date - October 5).
• Confirmandi Information Form - use this form to record pertinent information in your preparation for Confirmation (due date - October 26).
• Confirmation Name Form - use this form to help determine your Confirmation Name, and to help explain why you chose it (due date - October 26).
• Community Service Project Information - this document will help you understand the requirements of the Community Service part of the confirmation program.
• Community Service Project Report - please use this form to record your service hours. You may begin counting your service hours at the beginning of your 8th grade year. You must complete 20 hours of service of which 15 hours must be in the service of the catholic church (due date - 1 November).
